I had been using this on my daughter from day one. I had two. One for her bum and the other for her face. Not only did she not get any diaper rashes but she never has had a problem with baby acne etc. She was having a problem where her soother was giving her a rash. When she had to have the soother we put a layer of this where the soother would touch her skin and the rash was gone in two days. My nephew's facial baby eczema was less red in two days and completley gone in one month and it was quite inflammed.

Love it! Works really well, and feels better than Petrollium Jelly. I've also used it on dry skin and minor skin irritations. Great product.
