Instructions:

1. Push in & remove perforated tab. Lift hinged panel forward.
2. Pull dispenser forward and lock into place with hinged panel.
3. Remove protective seal on spout.

Caution: May irritate eyes. Do not get into eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
