These Gift Certificates are intended for online shopping only and are not for
in-store use.To purchase an in-store gift certificate, please contact either store directly.

When you purchase a gift certificate online you will receive two emails from Grassroots.

• The first email is simply a confirmation of your order.
  
  
• The second email will contain the Gift Certificate PIN#, which is necessary to redeem the gift certficate during online checkout. You will receive this email within
  1-3 days of your order once payment has been processed.
  
  
• Forward the PIN# on to the person you want to give the gift certificate to and don't forget to tell them the amount. Grassroots does not send out paper copies of our online gift certificates unless specifically requested.

• Does not have to be spent all at once - simply enter the same Gift Certificate PIN# until the amount is completely spent.
  
  
• Online Gift Certificates cannot be combined.

We are happy to provide custom denominations upon request. Please add the gift certificate closed in amount, and mention the desired gift certificate amount during checkout. We will adjust your order accordingly.
