When you purchase a gift certificate online for someone, you will receive two emails from Grassroots.

• The first email is simply a confirmation of your order.
  
  
• The second email will contain the Gift Certificate PIN#, which is necessary to redeem the gift certficate during online checkout. You will receive this email within
  1-3 days of your order.
  
  
• Forward this PIN# on to the person you want to give the gift certificate to.
  
  
• Does not have to be spent all at once - simply enter the same Gift Certificate PIN# until the amount is completely spent.
